Yes, those gorgeous sugar flowers were made by beginners!

With hands-on mentorship from Chef Marc Kevin, our students crafted lifelike peonies, tulips, sunflowers, hibiscus, roses, and more each petal shaped with patience and precision. The room buzzed with energy as students, most of whom had never made sugar flowers before, transformed plain cakes into floral masterpieces worthy of any wedding.
