Chef Jeriel’s journey is a story of mastery and dedication. He has achieved gold medals in the Wedding Cake and Chocolate Showpiece categories at prestigious competitions including Cake Fiesta Manila, the Philippine Culinary Cup, and Food & Hotel Asia Singapore. Each creation reflects not just technical excellence, but a deep appreciation for form, flavor, and artistry.

In 2025, Chef Jeriel proudly represented the Philippines in the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie (World Pastry Cup) held in Lyon, France, one of the most elite pastry competitions in the world. His participation marked a major milestone for Filipino pastry arts, showcasing the creativity and talent that the Philippines brings to the global culinary scene.

His talent has also been recognized by international organizations. In September 2022, he was named “Artist of the Month” by the Worldwide Excellences of Edible Art, honoring his exceptional craftsmanship and innovation in cake design and showpiece artistry.
