FOUNDER & CEO Chef Marj

Chef Marj is a highly skilled and passionate pastry chef with a diverse background in the culinary arts. She pursued her studies in baking and pastry arts at both The Academy for International Culinary Arts (AICA) and the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts (APCA), further enhancing her culinary skills at International School for Culinary Arts and
Hotel Management (ISCAHM). Her professional journey took her to a catering company in Selangor, Malaysia, allowed her to refine her techniques and cultivate the creativity that defines her work. 

In 2020, she founded Amaze and Graze by Chef Marj, a flourishing business that specializes in a range of exquisite treats, including French Macarons, Chocolate-Covered Strawberries, Edible Gift Boxes, Edible Bouquets, Grazing Boxes and Celebration Cakes. Her innovative creations quickly garnered attention, leading to features on leading local TV networks such as ABS-CBN, TV5, and GMA Network. Her work has also been showcased in well-known online platforms like When in Manila, WhatToEatPh, Philippine Star, Eventuallyz, News Feed360, DinePh, LokalFeature Ph and Spot.Ph.

A respected figure in the culinary community, Chef Marj has been featured in interviews with media outlets such as the Global Daily Mirror and DZME, and frequently conducts
online and live baking demonstrations as a brand ambassador for various baking companies.

She previously worked as a pastry chef in Sydney, New South Wales, and Victoria, Australia. Now, she has returned to the Philippines to further advance her career in baking and pastry.
