Instructor Spotlight: Airaghi Davide

Meet Airaghi Davide, an Italian bartender and mixologist with over a decade of experience in the Food and Beverage industry. Known for his craftsmanship, creativity, and passion for mixology, Davide has made a name for himself through his work as a freelance bartender, trainer, and bar takeover specialist across various venues and events.

A certified Bartender and Coffee Maker, he brings with him an expert understanding of international (IBA) cocktails, as well as extensive knowledge of both local and global liqueurs. His approach combines technical precision with an appreciation for balance, flavor, and storytelling, qualities that make every drink he creates an experience of its own.

Beyond the bar, Davide is passionate about sharing his expertise with aspiring bartenders, helping them master the fundamentals while exploring innovation and artistry in cocktail making.
