A proud Top Student graduate of the Center for Culinary Arts (CCA), Chef Ronaldo has worn many hats throughout his career barista, sushi maker, food consultant, and restaurateur. He is the creative mind behind successful ventures such as RM Coffee & Tea, RM Doner Kebab, RM Shawarma Pizza, RM Birria, and RM Biryani, brands that reflect his talent for fusing tradition with innovation.
Chef Ronaldo’s work has also gained public recognition, having been featured on PTV 4’s Eats Fun where he showcased his creative flair and culinary craftsmanship to a national audience.
