We’re proud to welcome Chef Jhordan Naquilan to the UpSkillz team. A respected name in the food and baking industry with over 16 years of experience across the Philippines and Dubai.

A graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management with a specialized certificate in Pastry and Bakery Arts, Chef Jhordan built his career from the ground up,  working with leading catering companies in the UAE, including those that served Emirates Airlines and one of the largest chocolate and date factories in the Middle East.

His experience extends to working alongside a private pastry chef whose clientele includes global icons such as Beyoncé, Madonna, Michael Jordan, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Tiger Woods.  A true testament to his refined skill and international exposure.

In 2023, he was recognized as the Most Promising Influencer by the Cake Artist and Bakers Network Philippines  a reflection of his growing impact as a video content creator and educator. More than just a chef, Chef Jhordan is a certified philomath — a passionate learner who now shares his knowledge generously with others.
