In this hands-on workshop, Students will learn lessons on food safety, knife skills, and cooking techniques, followed by preparing real dishes such as Hardinera, Chicken Afritada, Sweet & Sour Fish, Bicol Express, and Broccoli Aglio e Olio.

By the end of the class, participants will be able to:
